RYAN
MARTIN:
Having
lived here since I was 4 years old, I am convinced there
is not a better place to live! The amenities in this
area are incredible! Located less than an hour from
the mountains you will find camping, skiing, bike trails
and fishing, as well as the great entertainment, schools,
houses of worship and culture that are currently
available to us.
I
have over 12 years of experience in the real estate
industry. I began my career as a mortgage banker at
the age of 19 and became a licensed Realtor in March
of 2000. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry
and an excellent resource in negotiations. My vast background
and diverse experience has played a vital role in getting
many difficult transactions closed.
My
wife, Angie, and our two girls are happy to call the
Treasure Valley our home. I take great pride in our
community and the vitality of its future. Professional
development is extremely important to me and I feel
it is neccessary to give back to my community. I believe
I serve my clients best when I work to improve the neighborhood
we all call home. I have held many leadership positions
